After studying as a real estate agent (K-RMT) and a number of experience years later, I have been working at Pooters Makelaardij in Maastricht since April 1, 2021. Within this organization I strengthen the purchasing and sales team.

People see me as a friendly Burgundian from Maastricht who likes a good wine and likes to go out for dinner. During brokerage I am tenacious to make all my buying and selling transactions successful for both seller and buyer. I enjoy the variety in the activities that the real estate profession entails.

I therefore hope to be part of this young and dynamic team for a long time and to be able to assist and advise you as a customer with one of the most important choices in your life; buying and / or selling your home. That gives me satisfaction!

Britt Dassen

Assistent Real Estate Agent A-RMT

Since 1 November 2023, I have been delighted to be working at Pooters Makelaardij as an office-based member of the sales team. In the summer of 2025, I obtained my Assistant Estate Agent qualification. Since then, I haven’t just been working in the office, but I’ve also been out and about regularly. It’s a great addition to my role and a fun way to put my knowledge and experience into practice.

I support the sales estate agents with a wide range of tasks, both administrative and organisational. It gives me great satisfaction to ensure that everything is well organised behind the scenes and to work together towards a successful sale. The variety, the personal contact and the dynamic nature of the profession make my work interesting every single day.

In 2007, I set up as an independent estate agent, driven by my interest in property and the housing market. I have now been working as an entrepreneur and property professional for over 19 years, and together with my brother, I manage Pooters Makelaardij, Pro Housing, Pro Housing Management and PH Exclusive Real Estate.

Over the years, my role has become increasingly broad. In addition to sales and purchases, I am involved in property management, property consultancy and the further development of our companies and teams. In doing so, I like to look beyond the transaction itself. What is the right strategy for a property or property portfolio? How do you ensure strong positioning, effective management and sustainable long-term value?

Within our organisations, I focus primarily on strategy, commercial matters and leadership. I mentor and support our estate agents and advisers, whilst remaining closely involved with clients and property-related issues myself. It is precisely this combination of practical experience, market knowledge and entrepreneurship that I value most.

My area of operation is mainly in Maastricht, Valkenburg and the Heuvelland. It’s a region I know well and where, over the years, I’ve built up a broad network and a wealth of experience.

As well as property and entrepreneurship, my family is important to me. I enjoy spending my time outside of work with my partner and our two sons.

I have been working at Pooters Makelaardij since June 2024. What began as a role as an office-based staff member/assistant estate agent within the sales team has since developed into my current role as a trainee estate agent. After completing my degree in Commercial Management, I decided to explore the estate agency sector in greater depth. After working for several years in the pensions and insurance sector, I decided to follow my interest in property and make the switch to estate agency.

At Pooters Makelaardij, I am given every opportunity to develop further and put my knowledge and experience into practice. The personal contact with clients, the variety of the work and guiding the sales process make working in estate agency interesting for me every single day. As a trainee estate agent, I am involved in all aspects of the sales process and am here for you every day with my knowledge, enthusiasm and personal approach.

Levi Bastings

Real Estate agent / Maastricht

I have been working at Pooters Makelaardij since the summer of 2022, where I started as a letting agent. The dynamic nature of the lettings market really appealed to me and ultimately led to my move to the sales department. Building on my experience in lettings, I initially began to focus on the sale of investment properties. Changing legislation and regulations within the letting sector have brought about significant changes in this area. I now deal with the standard residential property market as well as the sale of investment properties.

I particularly enjoy the personal contact and the advisory role within estate agency. I like working alongside sellers, exchanging experiences and ideas, and collaborating to find a suitable approach to the sale. Every property and situation is different, which means no two sales are the same. It is precisely this variety and the contact with different people that make the work interesting for me.

After working in Retail for several years, I made a switch by studying real estate & brokerage. I have since obtained my K-RMT diploma and was allowed to start working at this lovely company. Working in a team with helpful colleagues obviously makes it even more fun.

The fact that every day is different in terms of activities, customers you meet and assist in the biggest purchase of their lives makes this work very special to me. And that I also get to carry out these activities in the Limburg hills, that feels like going on holiday every day.

After working in the beauty industry and retail for several years, I was looking for a new challenge. I found this at Pro-housing as a rental agent for room rental.

The real estate industry is a very interesting industry with many challenges. I learn a lot about this industry from my new colleagues and I come to many new places, which makes the work a lot of fun.

I can apply my experience that I have in providing service to customers in my new position. I think it is especially important that the customer comes first, to listen carefully to the customer's needs and to advise the customer in the right way. Satisfying the landlords and tenants ensures that I get a lot of pleasure and energy from my work.

After working as a WFM employee for several years, I started working as an office operator in June 2023. Planning is in my blood and over the past six months I have already gained a lot of experience at Pro Housing.

As office operator, I take care of the planning for our rental department, answer phone and email traffic and welcome everyone who visits our office. I am also here for questions and information.

After working for a real estate investor for a number of years, I took the step to take on a new challenge.Real estate and its management are tailor-made for me and I am really looking forward to starting at Pro Housing.

I have been working at Pro-Housing since February 2024, part of the management team. After working in the hotel industry for a long time, I thought it was time for a new challenge. Pro-Housing came my way and it seemed like a good choice.

After working in customer service for several years in various departments, including planning, I was ready for a new challenge. I started as an Internal Service employee at Pro-Housing in April 2024.

As an Internal Service employee, we manage real estate in Maastricht and Heuvelland. In this way we relieve landlords and support both landlords and tenants.

As a managing director, I see it as my task to ensure a good foundation for the company. This also includes acquisition, planning, support, supervision of the agreements made and managing the entire team. It is very useful that I have been self-employed since I was 19 years old. The own catering businesses that I once started with have given me a lot of insight into people and have shown how important teamwork is. I am also involved with various associations in Maastricht. Furthermore, the fatherhood of two beautiful kids gives a nice balance.

In recent years, I have worked in various fields, such as the beauty industry, retail, and orthodontics. I was looking for a new challenge and found it at Pro-housing as an Office Operator, where I now feel completely at home.

Joëlle Rademakers

Junior Rental Agent

During my internship at Pro Housing, I had the opportunity to become thoroughly acquainted with the rental market and the daily workings of the office. These months convinced me that this field is an excellent fit for me. Since July 2025, I have therefore been happily employed at Pro Housing on a permanent basis.

What appeals to me most is the diversity that the work entails. No two days are the same. Sometimes I am mainly working outside the office, for example, accompanying a viewing. Other times, I am more involved in administrative work at the office. The personal contact and cooperation with both tenants and landlords make the work extra valuable to me. I think it is important to be clear and committed, so that everyone feels heard and goes through the process with a good feeling. At Pro Housing, I am given the space to develop myself further and contribute to a pleasant and professional service.
